Delivery Charges
Every order made on www.funhouseclubwear.co.uk will incur a £3.50 postage and packaging charge. This is a flat rate charge so if you order two items it will still cost £3.50
Free Delivery
If you place an order that exceeds a total of £50, your order will be shipped to you free of postage and packaging costs. A good excuse to get together and place an order.
Delivery Times
For items that are "in stock" at the time of order, you can expect to receive your delivery within 3 working days. We do ask that our customers allow one week for postal service delays before querying a delivery. Please allow as long as possible before your party/function to order your outfit to allow for possible delays. We will always send out "in stock" orders by the end of the next day after your order is received and you would therefore expect a delivery most times a day after that.
Delivery Method
We always use Royal Mail first class "Recorded Delivery" service for our deliveries. If Royal Mail attempt a delivery while you are out, they will leave an "attempted delivery card" with instructions how to collect your parcel from the local sorting office.
Alternative Delivery Methods
We reserve the right to change our delivery method at any time due to unforseen circumstances, or should a larger scale order be placed which will be more efficieently arranged through alternative courier partners.
Liability
The Company does not accept responsibility for any damage, shortage or loss in transit unless notification is given immediately to the Company and confirmed in writing to the Company (Using the Returns link on homepage) within 3 working days of the Deliverables being delivered to the Buyer. In the event of a parcel being received by the Buyer in damaged condition, all packaging should be retained by the Buyer for inspection by the Company or their agents to assist in the process of making a claim against the delivering company.
We will accept no claim against us for an item not being delivered in time for a function or party or for any losses you may incur due to other unforseen circumstances that may arise in regards to your order.
